A dedicated full-time Assistant SE supports every cohort — monitoring progress, running daily project operations, and giving immediate debugging and technical support across all three tracks.

Operations

Assistant Trainer — Project Manager

PM-focused and operationally agile with a strong logistics background. Manages daily sprint boards, enforces attendance and schedule, ensures SOP adherence, and handles all cross-team coordination and communication.

💡 Smaller pods, closer mentorship. In specializations with fewer trainees — like Data Engineering and DevOps — lead trainers step in directly during the capstone phase instead of routing everything through an assistant.

Designed to replicate real industry work timings and culture from your very first day — so the transition to a real job feels natural. This is a paid internship-style program, not a lecture course.

Duration & Format

12 weeks, 3 days per week — 36 classes in total. An intensive, industry-paced schedule built around real project deadlines rather than a lecture calendar.

Studio Hours

11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on studio days — matching real corporate work timings. The first 1.5 hours are structured room training; the remaining time is reserved for combined team project work.

Combined Classes

6 combined sessions bring all 3 tracks — Full-Stack Engineering, Data Engineering, and DevOps — into the same room to align on the shared capstone project as one product team.

The Flipped Classroom
